2020. Lockdown. Stella lives in London. Eleni lives in Amsterdam. They are raising their children away from their families back in Greece. As they cope with the parenting challenges and isolation, an overheard phone call brings them together through a small act of kindness.

Marina is a British-Greek actor based in London. She spent 7 years working on TV, film and theatre in Greece, the UK and the US. As a mum, she set up a voiceover agency, GreekVO, with Melina and started writing and staging her own work. This is her first short film.
 
Melina is a multilingual actress, voiceover, stage director and co-founder of GreekVO. She has held leading roles on film and has received acclaim for her solo performance in Duncan Macmillan’s hit play Every Brilliant Thing. In 2020 she was due to appear in Katie Mitchell’s new opera production at the National Opera House in Amsterdam.
